The Burger King.
That’s where I, Ivo Braamse aka DJ Viox, started learning music production.
My unique story comes from 2019, when I was backpacking through New Zealand with no possible internet at my accommodation. To access Wi-Fi, I would buy a milkshake at Burger King once a week and download music production tutorials to watch offline later. This humble start marked the beginning of my journey into electronic music.​
Born in 1995 in the small village of Heinkenszand in Zeeland, Netherlands, my love for music began early. At 11, I taught myself piano on my sister’s keyboard. Between ages 13 and 15, I picked up guitar and took drum lessons, building a broad musical foundation. Before fully committing to music, I ran a successful videography company as a teenager.​
After traveling for a long time from age 21 to 24 and living and work in places like South Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, I brought those global experiences into my sound. Later, I completed a two-year music program at the Abbey Road Institute in Amsterdam, improving my skills in music production and graduating as sound engineer.

Viox blends a wide range of electronic dance music into energetic, melodic tracks that capture a sense of freedom and movement. I have built a growing audience with over 200k streams on Spotify like “On The Ground” and club bangers like “I’m Only Here For The Party.”.

With weekly releases and a strong independent presence on platforms like Spotify, YouTube and Apple Music, I continue to create music that resonates with adventurers and dreamers.
